Person Centered Planning

Service Description

This person centered plan involves assessing your students strengths and some potential career options. Ed. Specialist works with your child virtually to determine careers of interests and pathways to those careers. Transition planning also includes an introduction to goal setting & lesson on importance of time management. All completed virtually with student. Transition report included.
